Now I know that some of the fighters on this list are either inactive, semi-retired or retired, but I still put them on this list because we all know retirements in Mixed Martial Arts really don't mean much so there's a pretty good chance that some of the fighters in my top 10 who are retired right now will return to MMA in the future.
